
Bill Boerum, Chair, is Executive Vice President - Sales & Marketing at Stamford Risk Analytics, which provides software and services globally to financial clients. He has 15 years of experience in the decision technology industry and a 20 year career in banking.
Currently he is a Member of the Board of Directors of Sister Cities International, Washington, D.C., where he serves on the Finance Committee, on the Audit Committee as Chairman, and on the organization’s Strategic Planning Task Force and the Investment Task Force. He is President of the Sonoma Sister Cities Association.
A leader in three Health Care District financing campaigns, Bill was co-chair of the options committee for the Sonoma Valley Health Care Coalition. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Northern California Health Care Authority.
Bill and his wife, Nancy, live in Sonoma and have two sons. Bill holds a M. B.A. degree from Cornell University and a B.S. degree in Economics.

Dick Kirk

Richard Kirk, M.D. 1st Vice Chair, a psychiatrist and family doctor, has practiced in Sonoma since 1983. As part of his long affiliation with Sonoma Valley Hospital, he has served on the board and numerous committees. He founded the Integrative Medicine Program and the Plan B and Health Care Coalition.
Dr. Kirk grew up in the Sonoma Valley, graduating from Dunbar and Sonoma High. He is a "three-in-one" physician, having been Board-certified in Pediatrics, Family Medicine and Psychiatry. He has a Master's Degree in Health Planning and Administration. His wife, Phyliss is a therapist, his daughter a social worker and son the fourth-generation physician.
In addition to serving on the SVH Board, Dr. Kirk is Chair of the Northern California Health Care Authority, the network of five District Hospitals in Sonoma, Mendocino and Humboldt counties. He focuses on improving access to local health care services that are accountable to and tailored for the community.

Madolyn Agrimonti, 2nd Vice Chair, former councilmember and mayor of Daly City, is an experienced administrator with expertise in balancing public budgets and building public/private partnerships. She has worked as a legislative staffer in the California State Senate and the U.S. Senate.
Madolyn and her husband, Rich, moved to Sonoma in 2005. She was elected to the Sonoma Valley Hospital Health Care District board in November 2008.
She has a B.A. from St. Mary’s College, and an M.A. in Non-Profit Administration (MNA) from the University of San Francisco.

Peter Hohorst, Secretary, is president of Hohorst Consulting & Engineering, a Sonoma-based company with clients nationwide, such as Procter and Gamble, Booze Allen & Hamilton, Sunmark Inc., and Natural Protein Products. He is an expert in facilities planning and manufacturing plant relocation. His company also offers design and installation of computer controls for manufacturing equipment.
Peter and his wife Lorrie are active community volunteers. Peter has been a Cub Scout leader, Boy Scout leader, PTA president, and a Little League hockey coach. He has also been chair of the Community Development Commission and co-chair of the successful School Tax Levy campaign.
His service to the City of Sonoma includes serving as president and board member of the Sonoma Community Center, Chairman of the Fourth of July Parade, member of the Sonoma Valley Hospital Strategic Planning Committee, and president of the Diamond A Mutual Water Company and J&P Construction Volunteer Projects.
He is treasurer of the Calvary Presbyterian Church in San Francisco. Peter lives in Sonoma with his wife. Peter holds a B.S. and M.S. in mechanical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology .

David Chambers, Ph.D., Treasurer, is a professor of dental education at the School of Dentistry, University of the Pacific, in San Francisco. From 1998 to 2002, he served on the Commission on Dental Accreditation and as an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award program, evaluating healthcare programs.
He has taught in M.B.A. programs at four Bay Area universities. Currently he is the facilitator for the Professional Ethics Initiative, a consortium of organizations in dentistry interested in ethics. He is the editor of the American College of Dentists.
He has an A.B. in experimental psychology and Ed.M. from Harvard, and a Ph.D. in educational psychology from Stanford as well as an M.B.A. from San Francisco State.
His wife, Jean Hopeman, is a retired banker and long-time volunteer in Sonoma. After working all of his life on the national level, he attributes to her his interest and desire to serve his local community.
