Fees Some services are billable to Medicare. Most, however, are provided on a fee-for-service basis, payable at time of service. Services offered at SVH can be paid for with cash, check or credit card. Services offered by Community Providers are payable according to each Provider's terms and conditions.
Services
Acupuncture: Acupuncture regulates and restores the balance of the body by returning energy to areas where there is a deficit and energy away from areas where there is an excess. The practitioner uses fine needles, inserted at prescribed points depending on the health problem being treated.

Biofeedback: Sensors placed on the skin are used to monitor certain physiological activities to help you learn to change your physical responses. Biofeedback may be helpful in the treatment of headaches, hypertension, insomnia, Raynaud's Disease, anxiety, intestinal motility disorders, chronic pain, muscle atrophy, Bell's Palsy incontinence and stroke rehabilitation.

Craniosacral Therapy

Reiki The therapist works with the body's energy, gently holding the affected area, while the patient is fully clothed. Reiki (ray-key) is Japanese for "universal" life energy.
