The Sonoma Valley Hospital Cardiopulmonary Department services include Complete Pulmonary Function Testing, Cardiac Exercise Treadmills, Nuclear Treadmill Testing, Echocardiograms, Stress Echos, Bubble Study Echocardiograms, Arterial Blood Gas testing, EKGs, Metered Dose Inhalation Instruction, dispensing of breathing treatment nebulizers, Pulse Oximetry checks including before and after exercise.

Cardiopulmonary is located just within the east door near the Emergency Department parking lot and around the corner from the cafeteria.

If you are scheduled for any type of Cardiopulmonary procedure mentioned above, be sure and wear comfortable clothing.  And you must refrain from any type of caffeine intake for 24 hours prior to your exam.  Please call your physician or the Cardiopulmonary Department if you have any questions regarding preparing for your exam. 

The Cardiopulmonary Department is open to the public from 7:00 am until 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  There is always a Respiratory Therapist available.  You may reach the Respiratory Therapist during off hours by calling the main hospital telephone number (707) 935-5000.
