A small sample from the staff satisfaction survey comments when asked ‘What’s the best thing about working for this organization’:

The nature of our hospital is ideal for healing.  The employees are like a big family; our nurses in particular are intelligent, efficient, good RN’s. I am impressed with their work ethic and happy to work beside them.

Strongly support the SVH Mission Statement and proud to be part of an amazing, caring community culture.

I enjoy the small hospital feel. People and coworkers are generally friendly and care is coordinated well between units. I enjoy familiar faces. I also enjoy that I get to give such personalized thorough care to my patients.
